Our Behaviour Policy is applicable to all customers. Talking or disruptive behaviour is not permitted during the performance. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause disruption or nuisance may result in management ejecting you from the venue.

Group Bookings

Customers with a Show & Dinner booking must arrive at the restaurant by the stated sitting time (5.30pm) to ensure their courses are served on time. Late arrival could result in food being served late and delayed entry to the show.

Drink tokens included with Party Package tickets must be used before the end of the show and are only redeemable against the drinks advertised with the package.

Stag parties and all-male groups of six or more are not permitted at the club. Any undeclared stag party bookings will be refused entry at the door.

Group bookings, of more than four people, are not permitted using vouchers or discounted tickets.

Voucher Bookings

Voucher bookings are strictly limited to a maximum of four people only. Any undeclared group bookings, made using vouchers as separate bookings, will be cancelled and refused entry at the door.

Bookings containing incomplete or inaccurate voucher information given during the booking process must produce the required information prior to, or upon arrival, at the club, otherwise entry will be refused.

We do not accept vouchers for seasonal events, such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas Parties and Valentine’s Day.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Once purchased, we do not accept any cancellations and tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. This includes instances where customers are not admitted for failing to produce photo ID or are ejected from the venue for breaching our behaviour policy.

Customers with reserved or allocated seats, including party package tickets, must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Unclaimed reserved or allocated seats will be released 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Customers with food packages must be seated by 7.30pm.

All advertised performers are subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to replace any advertised performers with equivalent performers but no refunds will be offered.

If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified by phone or email (using the contact details you provided during booking). For rescheduled events, customers will be offered tickets of equivalent value. For cancelled events, customers will be offered tickets to alternative events (subject to availability).

Bookings will only be accepted when we have received full payment for the cost of the tickets plus any applicable charges. We will notify you by email if we accept your booking. Acceptance will have been effectively communicated to you when we send the email, no later than the day after your booking has been made.

Bookings made through a ticketing agent are only considered valid upon receipt of a confirmation email from the agent. The agent’s terms & conditions are also applicable.

Customers consent to being photographed and/or filmed as members of the audience.

Regular event ticket prices include VAT. Christmas Party Package prices are exclusive of VAT and will have VAT added upon invoicing.
