Lucy Porter

LUCY PORTER  |  Fabulously entertaining stand-up

Lucy Porter has performed at the Edinburgh Festival, the Brighton Festival and many more clubs around Britain. She also has a regular voice on several BBC Radio 4 shows including Quote...Unquote, The Unbelievable Truth and The Personality Test. She is petite and her stand-up is often described as chatty and charming while dealing with adult theme from a woman's point of view.

She has made brief appearances in Life's a Pitch, Absolute Power, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, [Stage version] Broken News (2005), The Powder Room, Comedy Lab and Never mind the Buzzcocks. She voices Beingal (tiger guardian) and Ming (rat guardian) in the TV show Legend of the Dragon.

She was on tour with her show "The Good Life" which she has now recorded for DVD release. She is one of the writers for all nine series of Parsons and Naylor's Pull-Out Sections and BBC3's Anthea Turner: Perfect Housewife.
